Fees and Registration

Class Fees:

Class fees are determined by each individual teacher to cover the cost of supplies for the semester. It is a per-semester charge, payable at registration and does not exceed $1.00 per week, although there are exceptions.

Insurance Fee:

The insurance fee is only for liability coverage in case something the church owns gets damaged while CWF is in session. Each family is responsible for their own medical insurance which includes if their child gets injured at CWF. This yearly fee is $16/family.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee covers administrative cost such as postage, photocopies, cleaning supplies, as well as a per child fee that the church charges for rental of the building. This is a $100/semester charge per family.

Fee Policies:

All registration and class fees are due in full the first day of workshops. If a student changes classes after they have registered, a refund of fees cannot be guaranteed. Exceptions to this rule can be discussed with a board member. Class fees will only be refunded if a workshop is cancelled. Workshops may be cancelled if the minimum number of students required does not register.
If for some reason a student needs to switch classes after registration has taken place, paid class fees may not be refunded.
In addition, the student is responsible for fees for the new class.
